1. Services Provided
AOK Technology Services provides professional A/V installation and AI Small Business Consulting (the "AI Audit"). The AI Audit is a strategic advisory service designed to identify efficiency gains and provide a path toward automation.
2. The "Consultant Clause" (Liability Disclaimer)
Strategic Advice: AOK Technology Services provides recommendations. The Client is responsible for the final review, approval, and implementation of all suggested automated systems.
AI Performance: AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Zapier, and Fathom) are third-party services. We are not responsible for "hallucinations," data inaccuracies, or service outages caused by these third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall AOK Technology Services be liable for any loss of profit, data, or business interruption arising from the use of recommended AI tools.
3. Payment & Delivery Timeline
The 48-Hour Guarantee: The delivery window for the Custom AI Roadmap begins exactly at the moment full payment for the selected package is received and cleared.
Business Day Calculation: For the purpose of this guarantee, "48 hours" refers to two standard business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding public holidays). For example, a payment cleared at 4:00 PM on a Friday will result in a Roadmap delivery no later than 4:00 PM the following Tuesday.
Invoicing: An invoice will be issued following the Discovery Call. AOK Technology Services will not begin research or generation of the Roadmap until the invoice is settled.
4. Refunds
Commitment: Because the 48-hour delivery window represents an immediate allocation of professional resources, fees are non-refundable once payment is made and the Roadmap generation process has commenced.
